The Arlington County Board recently approved an $8M incentive package to extend the lease for the Office of Naval Research to another 10 years in Ballston’s One Liberty Center (875 N. Randolph Street). The 315,000 square foot lease will provide a $2.50 per square foot savings to the Navy from its previous lease.
