As a major component of our developments we dedicate significant resources to layout and establish a strong mix of highly desirable retail users that compliment the live, work and play environment that is critical to the success of our urban mixed use developments.
Among the first retail tenants to move to the Liberty Center project in Ballston were Rustico and Sweetgreen. Currently, the Liberty Center project includes two concepts by celebrity restaurant owner Michael Babin, Rustico and Buzz Bakery, as well as HSBC Bank, Bruegger’s Bagels, SweetGreen, Smith | Schnider, Liberty Properties and Fred Schnider Gallery of Art. In addition to the retail located in the Liberty Center North project above, the Liberty Center South project includes the following retail tenants: LebTav, Taco Bamba, Fidelity Investments, VIDA Fitness, and The Salt Line.
